não há muito sobre software, lá, e é por isso mesmo que o povo de software deveria ler. muito do que nós fazemos em f/l/oss está escorado em noções filosóficas, sociais e econômicas conhecidas desde o começo dos tempos, que partes de comunidade de software livre acham ter inventado, o que depõe a seu desfavor em muitos casos. o relatório fornece argumentos para discussões muito mais instigantes do que linux vs. windows ou produção distribuída de software vs. catedrais corporativas. vale a pena ler.
